And why not have the KANSAS Jayhawks be a top team there if you're so intent on keeping it alive? I do like how they're phasing the National Title out- first you set up the US tag belt tournament to replace the National belts, then you build the National Title-US Title unification bout. It would have been far too easy to just forget about the National belt over time. It gives more of a feel of an organized sporting cohesiveness, which was good for the kayfabe era.
