Bribeless Plug

Hey Scott, what's happenin' brah?
Long time reader, couple of times a writer, was hoping I could ask ya for a plug on the blog?
I currently own and run Elite Wrestling Online, a fairly respectable forum that we're currently in the process of expanding to cover a much wider array of topics, and also working on a website of the same nature (we're aiming for something like 411 or IP but a little more flashy).
EWO was created after the demise of WrestleMporium, which came from PWM, and RSM before that, but we've banded together and kept it all going as a group of 30 or so core members since mid 2005, and now I think we're just looking for a bit of new blood to freshen the place up a little.

In return for this plug I have nothing much to bribe you with, sadly, except the promise of buying Dungeon of Death when my local bookstore can get it for me, but then Australia has always been a bit slow.
Thanks for your time man,
Chet (jag_bjg)

I'm appalled you think that it takes a bribe to get a plug on my blog.

Not that it would HURT...

Was interested to see Scott’s opinion about this. Now we all know he loves 24/7, so I wanted to see what he thought of this feedback on the Kayfabe Memories page:

I think some of them are being a little hard on them…

What a bunch of tools on that message board. I don’t even know what they’re talking about, almost every Hall of Famer they have profiled on 24/7 with the rare exception (Bret Hart) has featured matches from before Hulkamania. And there’s usually one MSG show every month or two from pre-Hulkamania.

There’s some nice guys on that board…and I like the idea of the board (territories, pre-’89). But yeah, I guess there can be some really uber-old school fellows there.

Also, as I said there, 24/7 can’t do EVERYTHING at once. And probably want to appeal to certain demographics (most of which are younger) and use what the most people remember.
