Apparently the Javascript in my book link in the RAW rant was crashing some people's browsers, so I've fixed it and hopefully you can all enjoy the 1997 retro goodness and then go buy a copy of the book while you're at it!

Yes…all better. Thanks, Scott!
Well, since you mentioned the book, that gives me the chance to ask the question I had after reading the Owen chapter this morning.
You mention (paraphrase) that the Owen/Bret cage match from SummerSlam is your favorite example of the “escape to win” sort of cage match. Off the top of your head, Scott, what is your favorite example of the “pin/submission” style cage match? I just mean whatever your current favorite is; you don’t have to look up all your previous star ratings for the “best” answer or anything.
I’m gonna go with a tenative answer of Ric Flair v. Harley Race from Starrcade 83, but put a backup plan of Rock N Roll Express v.The Andersons from Starrcade 86 on there. The tag match not only had Ricky Morton getting beat up by two bullies, but getting beat up and having his face mashed into a cage repeatedly as well to really sell the gimmick.
