Flair is his own biggest fan anyway. He's a kiss-ass to those around him and a backstabber to those who aren't. Great, great wrestler, shitty person.

I didn't get that from Flair's book at all. Clearly, we read two different books. To each his own!

I thought for sure he said something close to 'shit' or was going to say it. I'll have to drag out the tape and check it.

I thought Foley's book and Bret Hart's book were way better. Flair seemed a bit too proud of himself for all the partying and womanizing he did. Not enough about the matches, the stories leading to them, or other wrestlers. Too much about the parties and the lifestyle.

That's on the "WWF's Funniest Moments" DVD from 2002, and it happened at the pre-show of the first IYH in May 1995.

Minor thing, but Sid did not swear at all in that interview. He just stumbled over a word, asked JR if he could re-start, and JR said it was live. Sid then gave a one sentence promo, and JR threw it over to Todd Pettengill.

i was watchin sin with some friends of mine...here's the finish...Sid goes on the 2nd rope and attempts to hit steiner with a big boot off the rope (Johnny Ace's Idea btw) and when he falls he snaped his leg....at that time they brought in the mystery opponent dressed in all black with a wanna be Jason hockey mask...the "mystery" man comes in the ring and kicks Sid in the head. They make the pin and the match is over...The mystery man ends up being Roadwarrior Animal. I remember the reaction of all my friends as we sat there dumbfounded...man that was lame...hope that helped out guys!

They better show Flair-Luger from Starrcade '88. My copy of that match looks like crap and I want a better version of it. I've also forgotten much of Starrcade '89 (for good reason), but I'd like to see Flair-Sting from that event. Was the Steiner Bros.-Road Warriors match any good?

My favorite "Sid" moment is from the Free-For-All PPV preview show before one "In Your House" event in '96, where Sid messed up a LIVE interview and said "shit," then asked J.R. if he could do it over, to which J.R. said "this is live television buddy!" Sid finished the interview, but just as they were going back to the arena, you could see Sid LOSE IT over messing up. It looked to me like he hit the wall of the dressing room with his bare fist.

I thought it was pretty damn good. Yes, it could've been about two hundred pages longer, but overall it's the best I've read by a wrestler. No, I'm NOT a big Mick Foley fan (talk about a blow hard) and I haven't had the chance to read Bret's book yet.

My sig is Flair's blade job from Starrcade '95 - One of the best I've ever seen. Flair was legit out of it from losing so much blood. I was there in person that night in Nashville and I never thought I'd see Flair with the Big Gold belt again after watching him (in person once again) drop it to Hogan as "Bash at the Beach" in July '94. Given how wide spread Flair's title losses and wins have been, I bet the number of people who have seen him win and lose a world title is under 5,000? 10,000?
