I think the characters are for the most part fine, and the show was genuinely funny sometimes. The problem however, as mentioned, was that it was too hit and miss and that they often ruined perfectly good jokes by being pointlessly over the top vulgar to try and get cheap shock value.

As for reviewing Clone High, is that actually on DVD now? It can't be, it's a great animated show that was on MTV, and they never put those on DVD.

You should really do Clone High, especially since you're from Canada.

Nice review, I kinda enjoyed the first 3 episodes of Season One but then the show just seemed to lose all it's appeal and after a few more episodes, I finally bailed on it.

If you're looking for a show that has more funny than offense for the sake of offense, you might want to check out 'Stripperella' on DVD. It's a lot more clever than you'd think for the most part and had potential to evolve with a second season, even though they changed animation studios mid-season from 'Batman: TAS-esque' to 'Jem and the Holograms Remastered' ;P

I watched this show for maybe 2-3 episodes before figuring they only set out to be egregiously offensive, and moved on. When I returned for later seasons here and there, it only got worse. I'm not saying I'm offended in the least by what they're saying, but there's virtually no rise and fall with this show. It's like that "Underground Comedy" video they were schlocking in cable ads a few years back. "Dickman fights lesbians! Porn stars taking a shit!" If you're just doing vulgar stuff with no creativity, why am I watching?
