Hell’s Kitchen

And the winner is...

Rock.  Wow, what a shock.  Frankly I'm surprised that ANY of them won, as my sympathies eroded week after week until it seemed like Rock was the least terrible and therefore the most qualified.  And for this he earns $250,000 a year?  That finale REALLY did not need to be divided over two weeks with such an obvious winner and such a boring first part.  I'm hoping next season brings a better crop of contestants.  Even worse, Julia showed her true colors in the finale and flushed all goodwill down the crapper with her snotty performance and entitled attitude.

Major disappointment this year.

Wow, you mean an entire team of only women *couldn’t* work together? I’m shocked I tell you, shocked. COUGH.

I hated lazy spoiled rich girl Bonnie from the get go, esp. when she didn’t pick Julia who at the very least is a reliable workhorse who is an asset to any kitchen (she just can’t run one since she doesn’t have enough variety yet) and was forced to at the end. But then Julia got just as catty and backstabby and it all fell apart. I was pretty disappointed that Josh dip didn’t get fired twice…that woulda been suh-weet.

Rock deserved it, he’s a good cook and his only real drawback was a horrible childish temper.

I swear, the producers purposely give Ramsey the worst possible choices just to make his life a living hell. Shit, i remember the first season in which the two finalists were actually…good? One of them even competed on “Iron Chef America”. Rock is a good cook; but good enough to run a 5 star restaurant in Vegas?

I tell you though, i’m excited big time for “Ramsey’s Kitchen Nightmare’s” US version. I absolutely loved the BBC series because it shows a different side of Ramsey, more real and less cartoonish although with Fox behind the US version, who knows what we’ll get.
