Besides, Internet users are programmed to expect to see ads on major sites anyway. Why should yours be different? One thing to consider is the money to be made from Google Ads in compairison to other sources. On my site, www.tctheterrible.com (cheap plug), the ads from Amazon are already paying off better than Google (at a rate of about 3:1) and they have been up for less than 48 hours. I honestly hate this site, not that you don't deserve your own domain but it's set up like crap, it took me 3 days to figure out how to log in which is never good. Most people only end up getting couple of bucks from them, but I have heard of people getting a couple of hundred. You have a decent fanbase and i'm sure this site gets a good amount of hits, so you'll probably get something out of it. In the end, whether you make a dollar or a hundred off of it, it is effortless money. Google ads aren’t bad at all.
